This Privacy Policy describes how Pur Aitmaad handles information submitted through its website and consultation or enquiry form. It is separate from our service principles around property privacy and discretion.
Consultation form submissions are processed on our server and sent through Resend to Pur Aitmaad's email inbox. The website does not currently include analytics or marketing tracking.

The consultation form asks for the following information. Phone details, occupancy information and the message field are optional; property location should be a general city or area, not an exact street address.

- Phone / WhatsApp number, if provided
- General property location
- Property type
- Whether you live outside Pakistan
- General property occupancy information
- Services you are interested in
- Information voluntarily entered in the message field
Please do not submit passwords, alarm or security codes, banking credentials, safe combinations, financial account information, information about valuables or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How information may be used
Information submitted through the consultation or contact form is used to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.

Marketing
Submitting a consultation enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. The website does not currently offer a newsletter subscription.

Submitted enquiries may remain in email correspondence. The form does not add database storage. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, applicable business needs or legal obligations. No fixed retention period has been established yet.
Security
Reasonable measures should be used to protect information and limit unnecessary collection or disclosure. No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep sensitive information out of the enquiry form.
Third-party services
Third-party service providers may process information on our behalf for functions such as hosting and email or form delivery. Resend processes consultation form submissions for email delivery, and Gmail receives the enquiries in Pur Aitmaad's inbox. Hosting arrangements may involve technical request information.
